These terms apply to bookings made with Sunset Bosphorus Cruise for private yacht cruises, charters and celebrations on the Bosphorus, Istanbul.
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices (per guest for shared cruises, per yacht for private charters). Your final price is confirmed in writing (usually over WhatsApp or email) once your date, yacht, group size and any extras are agreed. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the details with you and any required deposit is received.
Unless stated otherwise, a charter includes the yacht, captain and crew, fuel and harbour fees, and soft drinks with light snacks. Catering, alcohol, décor, photography, music and other extras are added to your quote as agreed.
If weather or safety conditions prevent a cruise from running, we will offer an alternative time or date at no extra cost. Cancellation terms are agreed at the time of booking and depend on the type of cruise and any suppliers arranged on your behalf; we will always make these clear before you confirm.
Guests are asked to follow the crew's safety instructions at all times. The captain has final authority on the route and on any decision affecting the safety of the vessel and guests.
We take great care to deliver your cruise as agreed. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not responsible for personal belongings, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
