Dinner on the water after dark, with the palaces floodlit and the bridges strung with light. A set menu and a live Turkish night show, at a shared table or on a yacht booked for your group.
The evening dinner cruise runs once the city is lit, and that changes everything you see. You board at Karaköy and head up past Dolmabahçe Palace glowing white at the water's edge, the Ortaköy mosque bright under the bridge, and the long span of the Bosphorus Bridge shifting colour overhead. Ferries and fishing boats strung with lights cross the current, and the Asian shore answers back over the water.
Dinner is a set Turkish menu that opens with cold meze and runs through a hot main to fruit and sweets, brought to the table as you sail, with soft drinks included. Live musicians play through the meal, and a folk-dance troupe has much of the deck on its feet by the end. Take a seat among other travellers, or book the whole boat for a private dinner cruise.
Couples and groups who want dinner and a lively show with the lit-up Bosphorus for a backdrop.
